The whole was stunned, the overall environment was very good, the ~ really intimate

We were looking for a quiet, intimate, yet personable dining experience and we found it. We chose to go in mid-afternoon, on a Friday and thought we might go to the museum or do something afterwards. Instead, we dined with pleasure and ease. There was no rush or hurry as we found ourselves enjoying wild caught salmon and cod, prepared to perfection. Great presentation. The service was excellent and it began when we first entered the restaurant. The staff seemed knowledgeable and appeared to enjoy working there. The server paid special attention to our order, as it came to us in a timely manner. Nearly two hours later, any thought of doing anything other than savoring our meal had passed.

Excellent place for tapas. The food is Catalan Spanish food. Mostly tapas with some larger plates including paella. Very good Really enjoyed the octopus and the eggs bulla.

We went here to celebrate a birthday and it was incredible! The oysters, king crab, and scallop appetizers were excellent! We had various steaks that we&#39;re all cooked to perfection. The corn pudding side and laborer Mac and cheese were to die for! Desserts were all great! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Service was impeccable. Excellent meal in all aspects. As good, if not better, than a Bones or Chops! Will be back next time I am in Midtown!!!!!!

I took my husband here for Father&#39;s Day on a Saturday. 2hr complimentary parking is included with your reservation. The location is great. The decor is wonderful. A great balance between art, light, spaciousness and intimacy. The wine list is worth mentioning. The cellar is stocked well. The menu is eclectic but so right. It is definitely not your run of the mill. The bread and butter, Yum!The food was prepared as described, plated well and tasted delicious. Signature items were memorable. The cocktails were top shelf and so good. I felt the buzz throughout the meal. The desert menu was the only thing that I believe should be improved on. We declined more so because the choices were slim and we were full. The service was everything you expected. Dione J was our server and she handled it from the beginning to the end. Well versed in the history of STK, with the entire menu, drinks, wines. and a little personal to make us feel right at ease. Her attitude towards the dining experience was a complete joy to us. My only negative about this visit was the greeting hostesses should tighten up their attitudes. Ours was very not in the present and condescending. Please take a look at our pics. We had a wonderful, leisurely meal. The music playing was awesome as well.

My two friends took me for my birthday. Had been here once previously and requested the same waiter Alex C. When he heard it was my birthday he brought out shots with sparklers and as we were about to leave he said wait I have a surprise and brought out a delicious chocolate cookie in a skillet topped with ice cream (enough for us to share) and Happy Birthday written in chocolate (delish). Service is awesome! It is pricey but drinks and food are very good. Ask for Alex

My neighbor works at STK and kept referring us to try it. We came in for a date night and were impressed. It has the feel of a club, but the food was outstanding. The music was played by a live DJ. It wasn&#39;t too busy for a friday, but looked as though it could certainly turn up as the night continued. Our waiter, Charles R., was awesome. He recommended incredible steaks (porterhouse!) and wine pairing. Cannot stress enough how impressed we were. Had no clue that STK had food like this. $5 Tito&#39;s drinks at the bar! Our bartender Joe (I&#39;m pretty sure, younger guy with no hair), was super welcoming. The bar was busy, looked like they needed a helping hand, but he was calm and very personable.
